Notes:

The first two printings of this title were from the Dietz Press, of Virginia, and the jackets were blank on the back and the flaps. The book was taken up in the same year by the Marshall Press, also of Virginia, for the third and subsequent printings. Marshall filled the flaps and back cover with quotes from Ogden Nash, James Branch Cabell, Orville Prescott, Virginius Dabney, and others.
