Not seen. At least some of the regular edition of 100 copies were issued in dust jacket. We don't know if any of the trial copies had jackets.
Notes:
This is copy no. 5 of seven trial copies, with the book plate of noted Cabell and Machen collector Montgomery Evans III. It is interesting to note that in this trial copy, the frontispiece is followed by the introduction, then the contents page. In all three of the regular issue copies we've examined, Hall G4, the order of the contents and introduction are reversed.
