While there have been a number of articles on HM published in various literary magazines, this is the only full length monograph about her to be published to date. Temporary Culture printed 200 trade copies, along with five lettered presentation copies and 25 signed and numbered copies in a special binding. The example shown here is one of the 200 trade copies, but this one is signed on the title page.
